RETURN POLICY?

Refund Policy

 We have a NO REFUND policy unless item is defective. To start an exchange, you can contact us at Info@anytimepleasurez.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 5 days of receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

SHIPPING POLICY?

Shipping Policy
After order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 48-72 business hours for processing and then 5-7 business days for delivery.  Orders placed on weekends and or holidays are processed the next business day. 
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only and via USPS.  Tracking information will be emailed once order has shipped. You will not receive a tracking number at the time of order.
